Another Sneak Peek

Our military guys got to see a sneak preview of the new Star Trek movie! How’s that for supporting the troops?!?!?!!!

A group of our finest military men and women at Camp Arifian in Kuwait viewed the film this Saturday.  AND some of the actors will also make an appearance!  Kirk portrayed by Chris Pine, Spock portrayed by Zachary Quinto, Uhura portrayed by Zoe Saldana, Nero portrayed by Eric Bana, McCoy portrayed by Karl Urban, Sulu portrayed by John Cho as well as the Director JJ Abrams will all be there supporting our troops!

Kudos to Star Trek!

Star Trek is scheduled to open in the US on May 8th.

Texas Won

Texas beat us!  Naw, I’m not talking about the Texas Oklahoma football rivalry, I’m talking about the premiere of the new Star Trek film.  Leonard Nimoy surprised a movie theatre in Austin with a preview.

Star Trek fans were there, expecting to see Star Trek II, the Wrath of Kahn, but instead were treated to Nimoy announcing a sneak preview of the new movie!

Yeah for Star Trek fans in Austin!

Wish we were there!

Space Camp

More Star Trek Planned

The new Star Trek movie is due out in a little over a month and fans just can’t wait!  People (aka fans) have gotten really excited about the new movie, and rightly so. I mean, it seems like forever since we’ve had anything new!

But, can you imagine how thrilled they’ll all be when they realize that this is just the beginning?  Yes, Hollywood is already planning the sequel to the coming blockbuster!

We’ll have to wait an agonizing two years for the next one, but you know that we’ll be ready, cash in hand to watch it!

Are Those Brows Real?

Last night, while watching Heroes, there was a scene with Skylar where he felt of his right eyebrow. Made me wonder if those near Neanderthal bushy brows we are presently seeing on the show are real. Wouldn’t he have had to shave them to become Spock?

Here’s an image taken at a convention. See them growing back in? They are nowhere as bushy as they are on Heroes. MUST be fake!
