Planning A Wedding?

Saturday, April 3rd, 2010

It’s probably going to be hard to get your fiance to accept Star Fleet starship shaped Save The Date Cards much less actual Wedding Invitations. But maybe just maybe you can split the difference and get some ’silver’ cards.

You can find silver envelopes and silver card stock. It’s probably the closest you’ll get to having NCC1701 printed on the outside of the envelope.

Course you could just keep adamant about ’silver’ SILVER, I WANT SILVER, and she’ll probably let you have your way. Then only ‘you’ will know that the cards are really Star Trek related.

Unless you’re marrying a trekkie, it’s unlikely that she’ll let you wear ‘any’ of your uniforms either. Get over it.

This is for better or for worse and she’s chosen you, or you’ve chosen her, or hopefully you both chose each other. She obviously knows all about your ST addiction, especially since you proposed at the Star Trek movie premiere. After all who else but your ‘true one’ would stand in line with you for that? LOL

Lighten up. Suggest silver wedding invitations, save the dates and coordinating thank you cards. If she wins, that’s ok, the wedding is really all about ‘her’ anyway.

If that happens it’s ok. You can hold out for some Star Trek Baby Shower Invitations. :)
